Woorayl Lodge Inc. is a not-for-profit aged care provider proudly serving the Leongatha community in the beautiful hills of South Gippsland. We offer high-quality care to 41 residents in our aged care home and support 29 independent living units. About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. With staff taking well-earned leave and a dynamic care environment, we regularly have casual shifts available to support our residents’ care needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and is looking for flexible, meaningful work.
About You
You are a caring and committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting older people. You will bring:
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Availability for casual shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights
A strong person-centred approach to care
Excellent communication and attention to detail
A warm and respectful attitude aligned with our organisational values
