The Woorayl Lodge Inc Board are volunteers dedicated to shaping the future of aged care in South Gippsland and include passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience. Board members play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of our operations, ensuring that we remain innovative and deliver excellence in aged care whilst providing governance and stewardship. They are committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Help shape the future of aged care in South Gippsland
Woorayl Lodge Inc. is seeking Expressions of Interest from people who are passionate about making a positive difference in our community by joining our volunteer Board.
For more than 65 years, Woorayl Lodge has been providing quality residential aged care and independent living services to the South Gippsland community. As a community-owned, not-for-profit organisation, our Board provides strategic leadership and helps ensure the long-term sustainability and success of our organisation.
We are seeking individuals who are committed to good governance and who are passionate about supporting older people and strengthening our community.
We are particularly interested in people with skills or experience in:

Strategic leadership, governance and risk management

Financial management or accounting
-
Aged care, health or community services
-
Business development or commercial experience
-
Health, safety and quality systems
-
Regulatory compliance, policy or legal matters
Previous Board experience is welcomed but not essential. We value diversity of thought and encourage applications from people with a range of professional backgrounds and lived experiences.
