At the heart of our organisation is a remarkable team of more than 80 staff and volunteers caring for our community of residents in the picturesque township of Leongatha.  Woorayl Lodge Inc is a not-for-profit aged care facility nestled in the lush rolling hills of South Gippsland, surrounded by the region's natural attractions including Wilson's Promontory National Park, Agnes Falls, and Tarra-Bulga National Park.  Woorayl Lodge Inc has 41 private rooms with the residential aged care section and 29 independent living units and remains a proudly community-owned and run facility.  As a not-for-profit organisation, employees are entitled to salary package up to $30,000 (grossed up) per year. ​​
