Registered Nurse

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated casual Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Leongatha, South Gippsland. This is a great opportunity to join Woorayl Lodge on a casual basis, with the potential to move into part-time or full-time employment in the future.
As a Registered Nurse at Woorayl Lodge, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality, resident-focused care. You’ll oversee clinical responsibilities including medication management, documentation and care planning, while providing guidance and support to our care staff.
You’ll work collaboratively with residents, families and health professionals to ensure each resident receives respectful, dignified and person-centred care in a warm and home-like environment.
What we’re looking for
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within aged care or a similar clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Confidence and capability to work as the Registered Nurse in Charge (RNIC) when required
A genuine commitment to aged care and resident wellbeing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
Current influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
