Consumer Advisory Body

Do you have a loved one who calls Woorayl Lodge home?  Consider joining the Consumer Advisory Body.

The Consumer Advisory Body is comprised of residents, their family members, carers and other people who access our services.  We invite members to share their thoughts and opinions on topics including:

• The quality and range of our care services

• Our communication processes and the technology we use

• Key areas for improvement - now and in the future

​

The Consumer Advisory Body provides our Board with feedback and ensures our residents and their loved ones have a voice in Woorayl Lodge's decision-making process.

About you

The ideal member is someone who is:

• compassionate

• will be an active contributor

• has a genuine interest and vision for the future of Woorayl Lodge

• can be an advocate for other residents.

 

The Body convenes quarterly, either in person or through video conferencing. We embrace diversity, striving to create an inclusive environment that welcomes people with a disability and from various cultural backgrounds.
