About Us

Woorayl Lodge is a not-for-profit aged care facility nestled in the lush, rolling hills of South Gippsland in the township of Leongatha.  The Lodge has 41 private rooms in the residential aged care section and 29 independent living units and is proudly community owned and run. 

About the Role

We are currently seeking a flexible and reliable Housekeeper to join our team to undertake cleaning and laundry duties. 

The successful applicant will:

• Be self-motivated with a genuine interest and ability to make a difference in the lives our residents. 

• Have strong communication skills and be available to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends and public holidays. 

• Capable of following safe work procedures and contributing to a safe environment for all

• Be physically fit and capable of long periods of standing, stretching, bending and walking.

Applicants with previous cleaning experience (health and aged care an added advantage) will be highly regarded. We will support you with training and leadership so that we deliver the best levels of service to residents, visitors and staff.
