About Us
Woorayl Lodge is a not-for-profit, community-owned and run aged care home located in the heart of Leongatha, South Gippsland. We offer 41 private rooms in our residential aged care facility and 29 independent living units, all within a warm, welcoming environment that values dignity, connection and individuality.

About the Role
You will work three days per week to:
Plan, deliver and adapt engaging social, recreational and meaningful activities (group and one‑on‑one)
Support residents with varying needs, including those living with dementia
Promote resident choice, dignity, and independence
Help residents stay connected to community, hobbies and cultural interests
Assist the Lifestyle Coordinator with activity promotion, resident engagement and feedback
About You
A passionate, creative and caring individual
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or currently working towards it
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience engaging with older people, including those living with dementia
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
