About the Role
You’ll lead shifts, coordinate a small team of ENs and PCAs, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll collaborate closely with our Co-CEO – Clinical Care and our Quality & Compliance Manager, contributing to care planning, documentation, and clinical governance.
This is a rare opportunity to either gain real exposure to leadership responsibilities with full mentoring, or simply share your expertise in a short-term capacity without committing to a permanent role.

About You
You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration, confident in your clinical skills and comfortable leading a small team. You have solid knowledge of aged care clinical practice and standards, and you are collaborative, proactive, and committed to person-centred care.
