Woorayl Lodge Inc. is a not-for-profit aged care provider proudly serving the Leongatha community in the beautiful hills of South Gippsland. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead our non-clinical administrative and facilities functions.

 

Reporting to the Co-CEO – Corporate Services, this role provides leadership to Administration staff and Maintenance and ensures office operations, corporate systems, facilities coordination and supporting processes operate efficiently and compliantly.

 

This is a senior operational role with a strong focus on governance, compliance, people leadership and continuous improvement. While not a hands-on finance processing role, the position provides oversight of administrative and financial processes.

 

About You

You will be someone who:

  • Has experience in administration, operations or corporate services (aged care or health highly regarded)

  • Has proven people-leadership and supervision experience

  • Understands governance, compliance and working in regulated environments

  • Is organised, approachable and confident managing competing priorities

  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and organisational systems

  • Shares a commitment to rights-based, values-driven aged care

 

Relevant qualifications in administration, business or management will be highly regarded.
