About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the organisation’s financial management, governance and reporting functions.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officers, this senior role provides financial leadership and advice to the Co-CEO’s and Board of Management, ensuring sound financial governance, compliance and sustainability in a complex and highly regulated aged care environment.
The role has responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll oversight, enterprise agreement interpretation, audit support and financial systems, and works closely with the Co-CEOs, HR Manager and senior leaders to support workforce planning, organisational change and strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong governance focus and genuine organisational impact.
About You
You will be someone who:
Holds a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or business (Bachelor level preferred)
Has significant experience in senior financial management within a regulated environment
Has experience working in aged care, health or the not-for-profit sector (highly regarded)
Has strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and Board reporting
Understands payroll, employment costs and enterprise agreement interpretation
Has experience leading or contributing to financial or payroll system implementations
Is confident providing clear financial advice to non-financial stakeholders
Demonstrates integrity, accuracy and a strong sense of accountability
Shares a commitment to rights-based, values-driven aged care
Professional accounting qualifications (CPA/CA) will be highly regarded.
