Cindy joined Woorayl Lodge as CEO in October 2026, bringing over 10 years of experience in aged care leadership, most recently as CEO of Carinya Aged Care in Korumburra.

With a background in business, finance and operations, Cindy is passionate about supporting teams, building strong relationships and improving services. Her approachable, hands-on leadership style reflects her commitment to residents, staff and the wider Woorayl Lodge community.

Andrew joined Woorayl Lodge in 2022 as Finance Manager, before becoming Co-CEO Corporate Services in 2024 and Acting CEO in September 2026. He transitioned to Chief Financial Officer in October 2026.

With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT, CPA qualifications and over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, risk and internal audit, Andrew continues to provide valuable financial leadership and support ahead of his retirement in December 2026.

Darren joined Woorayl Lodge in 2026 as Finance Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce specialising in Professional Accounting and has worked in the accounting industry since 2008. Darren is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of The Tax Institute. As a local resident of South Gippsland, he is committed to supporting Woorayl Lodge through sound financial management and effective business practices.

Leanne (Lea) is an experienced healthcare professional with more than 14 years’ experience across acute care, aged care and community nursing. She has spent the past eight years in senior clinical leadership and management roles in community nursing. Lea is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, with a strong focus on clinical leadership, staff development and service improvement.

Jodie has around 20 years’ experience in the health industry and has a diverse skill set that covers human resources, data management and website design. With an eye for detail, Jodie thrives in creating efficient workflows and enhancing the overall organisational performance. Jodie’s unique blend of talents enables her to manage HR at Woorayl Lodge, but also contribute to various other projects across the organisation.

Jemma comes from a strong hospitality background, qualifying as a chef in 2018. After several years in the hospitality industry, she transitioned into a human resources role within the red meat industry, where she spent two years gaining extensive experience in management and workforce operations. In 2025, Jemma joined Woorayl Lodge, bringing with her a diverse skill set that combines hands-on industry knowledge, people management, and a strong commitment to team and community.

Cheryl brings extensive leadership and governance experience and plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of Woorayl Lodge. She works closely with leaders and teams to ensure strong compliance, effective systems and clear communication. Drawing on many years in senior leadership roles within the financial services sector, Cheryl brings a practical, people-focused approach that supports quality outcomes for residents, families and staff.

Antony, a highly experienced chef, has dedicated over two decades to honing his culinary skills in Melbourne and regional Victoria. As the Chef Supervisor at Woorayl Lodge, he demonstrates meticulous care in overseeing the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals for residents. With a commitment to utilising fresh, seasonal ingredients, Antony takes pride in ensuring the exceptional quality of each dish served.

Colleen joined Woorayl Lodge Inc in March 2024, bringing a strong background in customer service from various retail roles. Seeking a more meaningful career, she transitioned to aged care, balancing housekeeping and catering duties. Colleen thrives in active, hands-on roles and enjoys engaging directly with people, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.

Chris has 5 years of experience in aged care and has recently become a member of the team at Woorayl Lodge. She is dedicated to providing residents with enjoyable and engaging activities and strives to bring happiness and laughter to all. Chris is kind, caring and empathetic and maintains a positive attitude. She strives to spread joy and create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone at Woorayl Lodge.

Jaye is a highly respected and integral member of the Woorayl Lodge team, serving as the Resident Liaison Officer, she is the main point of contact for residents and their families, providing essential support and guidance. Jaye has 15 years of experience in the aged care sector and empowers residents to live life to their fullest, making a significant impact on the lives of the residents in our care.
