Co-CEO Corporate Services
Andrew Ross
Andrew joined Woorayl Lodge in 2022 as the Finance Manager, later taking on the role of Co-CEO Corporate Services in 2024. With a Bachelor of Business (Acc) from RMIT and CPA Accountant, Andrew brings over three decades of experience in various organisations, specialising in accounting, finance, risk, and internal audits. His objective is to expand the Residential Aged Care bed capacity in South Gippsland to address the growing demand.
Co-CEO Clinical Care
Jaimee Brydon
Jaimee became part of the Woorayl Lodge team in 2023 as the Director of Nursing, before stepping into the role of Co-CEO Clinical Care. Possessing a Bachelor in Nursing, along with more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry and proven leadership abilities, Jaimee has been instrumental in implementing positive changes at Woorayl Lodge. Being a local resident, she is dedicated to delivering the best care for our community.
Quality & Compliance Manager
Karen Scott
Karen joined Woorayl Lodge in March 2024 as the Quality and Compliance Manager. With over two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, Karen brings her wealth of expertise across various fields including aged care, oncology, urgent care, acute (medical/surgical) and theatre to Woorayl Lodge. Committed to upholding high-quality care standards, Karen is devoted to ensuring Woorayl Lodge continues to deliver exceptional care.
Chef Manager
Antony Ellis
Antony, a highly experienced chef, has dedicated over two decades to honing his culinary skills in Melbourne and regional Victoria. As the Chef Manager at Woorayl Lodge, he demonstrates meticulous care in overseeing the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals for residents. With a commitment to utilising fresh, seasonal ingredients, Antony takes pride in ensuring the exceptional quality of each dish served.
Business Manager
Jodie Olden
Jodie joined the Woorayl Lodge team in October 2024, taking on the role of Business Manager. With several decades of experience in small businesses and more recently in the education sector, Jodie brings her knowledge in finance, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting. She will oversee the daily operations of the non-clinical areas at the lodge. Jodie looks forward to contributing to the team at Woorayl Lodge to help care for the local community.
Resident Liaison Officer
Jaye Hopkins
Jaye is a highly respected and integral member of the Woorayl Lodge team, serving as the Resident Liaison Officer, she is the main point of contact for residents and their families, providing essential support and guidance. Jaye has 15 years of experience in the aged care sector and empowers residents to live life to their fullest, making a significant impact on the lives of the residents in our care.
Administration Manager
Wynette Nicholls
Wynette started her career in Leongatha as a legal secretary. After moving to the Mornington Peninsula, she worked for over 20 years in senior management in aged care. She’s now moved back to the area and is enjoying her Administration Manager role at Woorayl Lodge. Wynette completed her Graduate Diploma in Aged Care Services Management and is passionate about the aged care industry advocating for the rights of our elderly.
Lifestyle Coordinator
Christine Beck
Chris has 5 years of experience in aged care and has recently become a member of the team at Woorayl Lodge. She is dedicated to providing residents with enjoyable and engaging activities and strives to bring happiness and laughter to all. Chris is kind, caring and empathetic and maintains a positive attitude. She strives to spread joy and create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone at Woorayl Lodge.
HR Consultant
Jodie Bennett-Wood
Jodie has around 20 years’ experience in the health industry and has a diverse skill set that covers human resources, data management and website design. With an eye for detail, Jodie thrives in creating efficient workflows and enhancing the overall organisational performance. Jodie’s unique blend of talents enables her to manage HR at Woorayl Lodge, but also contribute to various other projects across the organisation.
